After encountering a number of challenges while seeking healthcare services, she realised that, like herself, newcomers face many obstacles when seeking healthcare services and they need help to fully integrate in this important aspect of their new life in Canada. Charlotte co-founded IHSN to provide newcomers with the necessary guidance and support  as they navigate the healthcare system while raising their awareness about the diseases prevention and care as well as other health issues.
